He leads Scott’s Cyber Claims Triage® efforts, helping clients navigate the claims and response processes during live cyber incidents. Bennett frequently speaks to leadership groups and industry associations on cyber governance and practical lessons from real cyber events.

Sarah Hutchins leads Parker Poe’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Team and is certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a legal specialist in privacy and information security law. She advises clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, business litigation, government investigations, and regulatory compliance. Sarah also helps multinational organizations navigate cross-border data transfers, data breach response, and the evolving intersection of privacy and AI. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in North Carolina and Virginia.
