Michael Cashell serves as Vice President and Director of Loss Cost Management at Scott Insurance. Michael joined Scott in 2026 with nearly three decades of claims and risk management experience, spanning auto and commercial claims, third-party administration, and various leadership roles, including many years at Travelers. He has led large, complex teams and is known for his focus on accountability, transparency, and developing collaborative leaders.

Matt Reynolds is a Loss Cost Management Specialist with Scott Insurance’s Risk Performance Team in Charlotte, NC. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Insurance / Risk Management and Finance. Matt began his career with Travelers Insurance as a Workers’ Compensation Return-to-Work Adjuster, specializing in lost-time claims. Since joining Scott in 2019, he has worked with clients to manage claim costs, develop post-accident strategies, and improve outcomes across all lines of coverage.
